The Influence of the Integrated Rescue System in the National Defence Education of the Population

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá podílem složek Integrovaného záchranného systému na branné výchově obyvatel. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, legislativa a dokumenty týkající se dané oblasti. V další kapitole je věnován prostor historii branné výchovy od vzniku Československa v roce 1918 až po konec 80. let, kdy byla povinná branná výchova zrušena. Dále jsou popsány státní orgány a složky IZS, které se svou činností podílejí na přípravě obyvatel. V praktické části jsou uvedeny výsledky rozhovorů, které byly uskutečněny se zástupci složek IZS a řediteli škol. V neposlední řadě vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření u pedagogů. Ze zjištěných závěrů jsou navržena opatření ke zvýšení efektivity a úrovně vzdělání v oblasti branné výchovy u obyvatelstva.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the influence of the Integrated Rescue System in the national defence education of the population. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts, legislation and documents related to the area. The next chapter deals with the history of national defence education from the establishment of Czechoslovakia in 1918 until the end of the 1980s, when compulsory education was abolished. Furthermore, state authority and IRS units are described, which with their activities involved in the preparation of the population. The practical part presents the results of interviews that were conducted with representatives of IRS units and school directors. Last but not least, the evaluation of the questionnaire survey of teachers. From the findings, measures are proposed to increase the effectiveness and level of education in the national defence education of the population
