The Protection of the Personality of the Claimant in the Case of Taking on the Employment Relationship
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ochranou osobnosti uchazeče o zaměstnání při přijímání do pracovního poměru. Popisuje nejdůležitější právní předpisy a v nich především zásadu rovného přístupu a zákaz diskriminace v zaměstnání.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the protection of the personality of the claimant in the case of taking on the employment relationship. The thesis describes the most important legal enactments, in them first of all principle of parity basis of acces and outlawry discrimination to employment.
