Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na kvalitu poskytované služby z pohledu pracovníků v sociálních službách. Cílem práce je zjistit spokojenost s kvalitou poskytované služby z pohledu pracovníků v sociálních službách. V teoretické části věnuji pozornost kvalitě, standardům kvality. V další části práce se věnuji sociálním službám a pracovníkovi v sociálních službách. V empirické části byla použita kvantitativní metoda pomocí dotazníkového šetření. V závěrečné části bakalářské práce vyvodím doporučení, která by mohla přispět k větší spokojenosti s kvalitou poskytovaných služeb z pohledu pracovníků v sociálních službách v organizacích, ve kterých probíhalo dotazníkové šetření.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis focuses on the quality of the service provided from the standpoint of social services workers. The aim of the thesis is to determine satisfaction with the quality of the service provided from the standpoint of social services workers. In the theory part I focus on the quality and quality standards. In the subsequent part of the thesis I cover social services and a social services worker. For the empirical part a qualitative method of a questionnaire survey was used. In the concluding part of the Bachelor thesis I draw conclusions which could contribute to greater satisfaction with the quality of the services provided from the standpoint of social services workers in organizations where the questionnaire survey was conducted.
