Cílem této diplomové práce je poukázat na problematiku stresu operátora (dispečera) Integrovaného záchranného systému (IZS) při příjmu tísňového volání. Za cíl práce jsem si stanovil zjištění, co považují operátoři za největší stresové faktory v jejich pracovním prostředí a má-li délka praxe na pozici operátora vliv na celkovou míru stresu. The aim of my dissertation is to point to the problems of stress of Integrated Rescue System operator while answering emergency calls. I tried to find out what the biggest stressfactors for operators in their working place areand whether the length of operator´s practice has an influence on the size of stressin total.
