Abstract:
Vytvoření personální strategie a analýzy organizace ESN MENDELU z. s. na Mendelově univerzitě v Brně. V práci bude využito metod analýzy textů a metody dotazníkového šetření. Základním zdrojem dat bude odborná literatura, materiály organizací zabývající se zadaným tématem, příslušné právní předpisy a vlastní šetření. Výsledkem budou nové návrhy k fungování.Abstract:
Creating a personnel strategy and analysis of the organization ESN MENDELU z.s. at Mendel University in Brno. The work will use methods of text analysis and questionnaire survey methods. The basic source of data will be professional literature, materials of organizations dealing with the assigned topic, relevant legislation and own research. The result will be new proposals for operation.
