Survey of passengers contentment with public transport in Pardubice

Abstract:

Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku průzkumu spokojenosti cestujících s MHD v Pardubicích. V rámci zpracování tématu půjde o teoretické vymezení problematiky průzkumu spokojenosti cestujících. Následně bude realizováno dotazníkové šetření, jehož respondenty budou cestující využívající MHD v Pardubicích. Na základě výsledků průzkumu budou navržena opatření ke zvýšení úrovně spokojenosti cestujících s MHD v Pardubicích.

Abstract:

This thesis describes a research focused on passengers' level of contentment with the public transport in Pardubice. The topic will consist of theoretical demarcation of the research and a questionnaire. The following part will describe the results of the questionnaire answered by passengers using the services of the public transport in Pardubice. Based on the results of the research a solution will be proposed to increase the passengers' contentment with the public transport in Pardubice.
