Theme of my Bachelor thesis is analyses of current trends within active businesses of commercial banks. I have split the thesis into three chapters. In the first chapter I am describing the new trends in mortgages. The second chapter is concentrating on the reaction of the banks to the financial crises. Abstract:
Témou mojej bakalárskej práce je analýza súčasných trendov v rámci aktívnych obchodov komerčných bánk. Prácu som rozdelil do troch hlavných kapitol. V prvej kapitole sa venujem trendom v oblasti hypotekárnych obchodov. Druhá kapitola je sústredená na reakciu bánk na finančnú krízu. V tretej kapitole je porovnanie poskytovania hypotekárnych úverov komerčnými bankami pred a po finančnej kríze.
