Historical landscape development of selected area - Tachlovice

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá historickým vývojem krajiny ve vybrané lokalitě v souvislosti se stavebním rozvojem a zohledňuje současné vývojové trendy společnosti. Na základě provedených analýz a popisu současného stavu vývoje složek území a potřeb obyvatel obce Tachlovice, byly navrženy směry rozvoje, které můžou vytvářet vhodné podmínky pro život a zároveň přispějí ke zlepšení životního prostředí. Tachlovice, stejně jako většina obcí v zázemí hlavního města, byly zasaženy stavebním vývojem, ale počet obyvatel zatím nepřesáhl únosnou míru. Plochy budoucí zástavby jsou navrženy v bezprostřední návaznosti na současně zastavěné území tak, aby docházelo jen k nezbytnému rozšíření urbanistického půdorysu sídla. Účelem je zkompaktnění území bez nadbytečného rozšíření do krajiny s využitím proluk, které budou sledovat ucelenost a soudržnost urbanistického půdorysu, s ohledem na jeho dosavadní prostorový a historický daný vývoj. Jako základní nástroj pro doporučení možných směrů oživení území pomocí místních zdrojů byla zvolena SWOT analýza. K zajištění vývoje zdravých vztahů v obci je důležitá dostupnost pracovních příležitostí, ale také dostatek nejrůznějších typů služeb, veřejných i komerčních. Značný význam mají také podmínky pro rekreaci a trávení volného času, včetně kvalitního životního prostředí. Důležitým faktorem jsou vztahy mezi obyvateli, jejich vzájemná soudržnost, a z nich vycházející společné řešení problémů, či realizace rozvojových aktivit. Pro úspěšný rozvoj obce jsou aktivita a zájem "domácích" obyvatel velmi důležité. Obyvatelé se zapojují do činnosti místních spolků nebo je pro uspokojování svých zájmů zakládají a na základě dobrovolné činnosti rozvíjí řadu oblasti obce. Zapojení místních obyvatel přispívá k udržitelnému využívání území.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the historical development of the landscape in the chosen locality in relation to the constructional development and it takes the contemporary society development trends into account. Based on the analysis performed and the description of the current state of development of the components of the area and of the needs of the inhabitants of the township of Tachlovice, the directions of the development, that can create suitable conditions for life and at the same time contribute to the improvement of the environment. Tachlovice, like most of the townships in the hinterland of the capital city, were hit by the constructional development, but the number of inhabitants has not outreached the bearable level. The future built-up areas are drawn up in the immediate vicinity of the currently built-up areas, so that only the essential expansion of the urbanistic floor plan of the township occurs. The aim is the compacting of the area, without any unneccesary expansion to the landscape, with the use of the vacant lots, which would follow the integrity and the coherency of the urbanistic floor plan, with respect to its given spatial and historical development so far. The SWOT analysis was chosen as the base tool for proposal of the possible directions of the revival of the area using local resources. To ensure the development of healthy relations in the township, the availability of the wotk opportunities, but also the abundance of various types of services, both public and commercial, are important. The conditions for recreation and spending one's free time, including a quality environment, are of significant importance. The relations between the inhabitants, their mutual solidarity, and the common problem solving, or the implemetation of the development activities, are an important factor. Activity and the interest of the "local" populace are very important for the successful development of the township. The inhabitants participate in the activities of the local associations, or found them to satisfy their interests, and based on vuluntary activities they extend a number of aspects of the township. The involvement of the local populace contributes to the sustainable usage of the area.
