Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je plnění povinného podílu zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Cílem je zhodnotit možnosti plnění povinného podílu zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením u firmy výrobního typu. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní teoretické aspekty tématu, vztahujícího se k osobám se zdravotním postižením, jejich zaměstnávání, objasnění problematiky náhradního plnění, pracovní podmínky osob s postižením v České republice a zemích Evropské unie. Část empirická je zaměřena na problematiku plnění povinného podílu zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením ve výrobní firmě a vyhodnocení jednotlivých možností náhradního plnění. Komparativní analýza byla provedena na základě dat, které byly poskytnuty konkrétní společností z automobilového průmyslu. Bylo zjištěno, že možnost, která se jeví pro danou společnost nejvýhodnější, je kombinace zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením a nákupem od dodavatelů poskytujících náhradní plnění.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelorś thesis is the Compliance with the mandatory employment share of people with disabilities. The Target is to evaluate possibilities of compliance with the mandatory employment share of persons with disabilities for production company. The theoretical part explains the basic theoretical aspects of the topic related to people with disabilities, their employment, clarification of problems, working conditions of these people in the Czech Republic and other countries in the European Union. The empirical part is focused on the issue of compliance with the mandatory employment share of persons with disabilities in production company and evaluation of individual options. The comparative analysis will be performed using data provided by specific company of automotive industry. Evaluation results show, that the most advantageous form for specific production company is combination of employment of disabled people with purchasing from suppliers who provide mandatory employment.
