Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na situační analýzu hotelu Churáňov. Cílem této práce je analyzování nejvýznamnějších faktorů vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí, které na hotel působí. Pomocí zvolených metod, jako je STEP analýza, Porterův model pěti sil, strategická mapa, analýza konkurentů, analýza zdrojů specifických příležitostí, dotazníkového šetření, zjišťující spokojenost zákazníků a shrnutí výsledků ve SWOT analýze, byla určena současná pozice hotelu na trhu a vhodná strategie hotelu do budoucna. Závěrem jsou navrhnuta případná opatření a doporučení pro firmu, která by mohla sloužit ke zlepšení postavení hotelu na trhu cestovního ruchu.

Abstract:

This bachelor’s thesis is focuses on situation analysis of hotel Churáňov. The target of the thesis is to analyse the most important factors of external and internal environment, which effects on the hotel. Using the methods as STEP analysis, Porter´s five forces model, strategic map, competition analysis, analysis of the specific opportunities sources, inquiry research finding out the clients satisfaction and summary in the SWOT analysis, was determined contemporary market position and future strategy for the hotel. Suggestions and recommendations how to improve the hotel position in the market of tourism are suggested at the end of the thesis.
