Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje převážně na příčiny odejmutí dítěte z rodiny pohledem kurátora pro děti a mládež. Teoretická část je věnována popisu rodiny, jejich funkce a prostředí. Dále definuje sociálně-právní ochranu dětí, kurátora pro děti a mládež a proces odejmutí dítěte z rodiny. Práce se dále věnuje náhradní péčí o dítě. The bachelor thesis focuses mainly on the reasons for the child's removal from the family by the curator for children and youth's view. The theoretical part is dedicated to the description of the family, their function and surroundings.
