Road traffic accidents in the operation of Medical Rescue Services

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je věnována problematice dopravní nehodovosti v provozu zdravotnické záchranné služby. Jedná se o teoreticko - výzkumnou práci. Hlavním cílem práce je zanalyzovat dopravní nehody sanitních vozidel zdravotnických záchranných služeb dvou vybraných krajů. Teoretická část se věnuje základních pojmům, které souvisí s dopravními nehodami, stručnému rozdělení dopravních nehod podle příčiny a zavinění z hlediska poranění při dopravní nehodě. Dále se práce věnuje psychologii vzniku dopravních nehod a vybraný kolizním situacím v provozu a jejich posuzování. Ve výzkumné části byly stanoveny výzkumné otázky, na které odpovídám na základě analýzy výsledků výzkumu. Ty jsou znázorněny pomocí grafů a tabulek. Metodikou práce byl retrospektivní sběr dat a prospektivní dotazníkové šetření s nestandardizovaným dotazníkem vlastní tvorby distribuované členům zdravotnické záchranné služby dvou vybraných krajů.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is develoted to the issue of traffic accidents in the operation of Medical Rescue Services. The thesis concerns the theoretical part and the experimental part. The main objective of the thesis is to analyze traffic accidents of the ambulances of Medical Rescue Services in two selected regions. The theoretical part deals mainly with the explanation of the essential terms which are related to traffic accidents, brief division of traffic accidents by the cause and culpability in the terms of injury in an accident. Furthermore, it deals with the psychological aspect of traffic accidents and selected collision situations in the operation and their assessment. In the experimental part of the research the questions were raised and they are answered on the basis of an analysis of the research results. These are demonstrated by the graphs and tables. Methodology of the thesis was the retrospective and prospective data collection questionnaire with my own non standardized questionnaire distributed to the members of Medical Rescue Services of two selected regions.
