Tato diplomová práce se věnuje pojmu Web 2.0 a s ním spojenými aplikacemi jako jsou internetová encyklopedie Wikipedia a produkty firmy Google. Nejprve se zabývá tím, z čeho vznikl Web 2.0, věnuje se jeho specifikům. Řeší otázky, jak marketing využívá nástroje Web 2.0. This dissertation devotes to a concept of Web 2.0 and connected applications as a web-based encyclopedia Wikipedia and Google´s products. Firstly it deals with Web 2.0 origin and its features. Dissertation solves such a problem how marketing can take use of Web 2.0 instruments.
