Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje identifikaci a detekci rodu Candida pomocí sekvenování nové generace. Obsah práce se zabývá obecným popisem vlastností rodu Candida jejich virulencí, výskytem a vlastnostmi, dále tato práce popisuje základní detekční a identifikační metody. Závěrečná kapitola popisuje konkrétní metody detekce Candida spp. za pomoci sekvenování nové generace.
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the identification and detection of the Candida genus using the new generation's sequencing. The content of the research paper is focused on the general characterization of attributes of the Candida genus and its virulence, occurrence, and characteristics.
