Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá reformou Mezinárodního měnového fondu. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. V první části práce jsou uvedeny skutečnosti, které vedly ke vzniku Fondu. Dále jsou popsány různé finanční krize, které měly vliv na činnost a postavení Fondu. Druhá část se zaměřuje na realizované reformy Fondu, především na reformu členských kvót a hlasovacích práv. This bachelor's thesis deals with International monetary fund reforms. Thesis is divided into three parts. In first part is given facts, which led to creation of the Fund. Further is described various financial crisis, which had an impact on activity and status of the Fund.
