Internal Accounting Directives in KBH CZ, s. r. o.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vnitropodnikových účetních směrnic ve firmě KBH CZ, s. r. o. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku, význam a funkce jednotlivých směrnic, dále je také doplněna o legislativní předpisy a nejčastější chyby při tvorbě těchto vnitropodnikových předpisů. V praktické části je představena samotná společnost, zanalyzován současný stav vnitropodnikových účetních směrnic, a následně navrženy změny týkající se obsahové a formální stránky, ale i v systému uložení těchto předpisů.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with issues of internal accounting directives in company KBH CZ, s. r. o. The theoretical part focuses on characteristics, meaning and function of each directive, there are also mentioned legislative regulations and the most common mistakes in creating of these internal accounting directives. The practical part introduces the company itself, analyzes the current state of the internal accounting directives, and there are also proposed changes of the content and the formal part of directives, as well as the deposit of them.
