Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou výběru pojistného a jeho efektivitou. V teoretické části jsou prezentováni jednotliví plátci pojistného, ukazatele úspěšnosti příjmové politiky Všeobecné zdravotní pojišťovny, kontrolní a vymáhací systém VZP a situace v oblasti vymáhání pohledávek veřejných financí.
