Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma Primární emise akcií jako zdroj financování podniku je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části bych rád uvedl pojmy, jako jsou zdroje financování podniku, akcie, akciová společnost, burzovní trh v ČR a co znamená pojem IPO včetně uvedení všeho, co s tímto procesem souvisí, a to od pouhé definice tohoto pojmu až po ekonomické a právní prostředí. A v praktické části bych rád uvedl základní informace o společnosti a základní informace o IPO a rozepsal celý proces IPO od přípravy až po úspěšné dokončení tohoto procesu. Proces IPO budu dokumentovat na již proběhlé primární emisi akcií renomované sázkové společnosti Fortuna Entertainment Group. Jako cíle mé diplomové práce jsem si stanovil především zjistit, co je příčinou podhodnocení emisního kurzu a dlouhodobé nižší výkonnosti společnosti po IPO, dále zjistit jaké jsou překážky pro IPO v ČR a v neposlední řadě, aby každý, kdo bude mít zájem, mohl jejím prostřednictvím získat ucelenou představu, o tom co vše je pro úspěšnou IPO potřeba. Jako metody, které budu v mé diplomové práci používat, jsem si vybral deskriptivní a analytickou metodu.

Abstract:

Thesis on IPO as a source of corporate financing is divided into theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, I would like to mention terms such as sources of financing, stock, joint stock company, the stock market in the Czech Republic and what does the term IPO mean including mention of everything what is related to this term, from the bare definition of this concept to economic and legal environment. And in the practical part, I would like to mention basic informations about the company and basic informations about the IPO and itemize whole IPO process from preparation to successfull completion of this process. The IPO process I will document on already taken place IPO reputable betting company Fortuna Entertainment Group. As objectives of my thesis I determined primarily to find out what is causing the undervaluation of the issue price and long-term underperformance of company after the IPO, as well as find out what are the obstacles for IPO in the Czech Republic and finally to everyone who is interested could through it get a coherent idea about everything for a successful IPO. As a methods that I will use in my thesis, I chose a descriptive and analytical method.
