Diplomová práce má za cíl zjistit, jaké jsou zkušenosti sociálních pracovnic OSPOD při práci s rodinou ohroženou alkoholismem rodičů. Pro zodpovězení hlavní výzkumné otázky byla využita kvalitativní výzkumná metoda pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, které byly podrobeny otevřenému kódování a tematické analýze. The diploma thesis aims to explore the experiences of social workers from Child Protective Services when working with families endangered by parental alcoholism. To answer the main question, a qualitative research method was implemented, using semi-structured interviews, which were subjected to open coding and thematic analysis.
