Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na děti, kterým hrozí sociální vyloučení. Zabývá se postavením dítěte ve společnosti a v rodině, funkcemi rodiny a poruchami těchto funkcí. Objasňuje podstatu a základy sociálně-právní ochrany dětí s uvedením okruhu dětí, na které se sociálně-právní ochrana zaměřuje. Podrobněji se pak věnuje jednotlivým skupinám dětí, které mohou být ohroženy sociálním vyloučením. Dále se zabývá odhalováním případů ohrožených dětí a preventivní činností různých subjektů v této oblasti. Součástí diplomové práce je průzkum mezi sociálními pracovníky zaměřený na děti, které mohou být ohrožené sociálním vyloučením

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on children who are in danger due to social segregation. It deals with the position of the child in the society and in the family, with the role of the family and failure of these roles. It explains the principle and the grounding of socio-legal protection of children and it presents the range of children at whom the socio-legal protection is aimed. In details, it goes into individual groups of children that may be in danger of social segregation. Further, it is concerned with revealing cases of children in danger and preventive actions of different entities operating in this field.The diploma thesis includes a survey carried out among caseworkers, which focuses on children who may be in danger of social segregation
