Analysis of assessment system in concrete NGO organisation

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je analýza systému hodnocení zaměstnanců ve vybrané neziskové organizaci. Na začátek této práce je zařazena kapitola, která se věnuje ukotvení pojmu neziskový sektor v ČR se zaměřením na sektor poskytování sociálních služeb. Problematika hodnocení zaměstnanců je v teoretické části nejprve uchopena v kontextu řízení pracovního výkonu, jehož je významným prvkem. Dále je samotný systém hodnocení rozpracován z hlediska jeho nastavení a využívaných metod. Teoretická část je zaměřena na propojení systému hodnocení na ostatní personální procesy v organizaci. Cílem této práce je prostřednictvím rozhovorů se zaměstnanci identifikovat, jak tito hodnotí současný systém hodnocení a jaké v něm spatřují výhody a nevýhody. Z výsledků výzkumu vyplynulo, že základem spolehlivosti hodnocení je volba a nastavení kritérií. Dále je velmi důležité nastavení komunikace o účelu a výsledcích hodnocení mezi vedoucími a vedením organizace. Třetí oblastí je kontrola provádění pravidelného hodnocení zaměstnanců a následná práce s výstupy. Výzkum potvrdil, že hodnocení pracovníků může sloužit jako efektivní nástroj řízení lidských zdrojů, pokud je nastaven s ohledem na specifika dané organizace. V závěru práce jsou také formulována doporučení, která by mohla pomoci optimalizaci systému hodnocení zaměstnanců. Rozsah základního textu: 19 520 slov

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the appraisal system in selected nonprofit organization. At the beginning of this thesis is included the chapter, which is dedicated to anchore the concept of the non-profit sector in the Czech Republic focused at providing social services . The issue of employee appraisal in the theoretical part is at first grasped in the context of performance management, of which is an important element. Furthermore, the assessment system itself developed in terms of its setting and the methods used. The theoretical part focuses on linking appraisal system to other Human Resources processes in the organization. The aim of this work is through discussions with employees to identify how they evaluate the current appraisal system and what they identify as its advantages and disadvantages. The results have shown that the basis of reliability appraisal system is the selection and adjustment of criteria. Communication about the purpose and results of the employee appraisal between employees and management is also very important. The third important area is the control of the application of regular employee appraisal and further work outputs. Part of this study is also a list of recommendation which can help the organization optimize the system of employee appraisal. Number of words: 19 520
