Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na téma dilemat pracovníků v sociálních službách při práci se zcela závislými klienty v domovech pro seniory. Práce je tradičně rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje charakteristiku základních pojmů, jako je domov pro seniory, profese pracovníka v sociálních službách, jeho úskalí nebo specifika péče o seniory. Dále pak představuje možná dilemata, která se mohou při výkonu této profese objevovat. Empirická část popisuje metodologii výzkumu a následně jeho výsledky. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak pracovníci v sociálních službách nahlíží na možná dilemata při práci se zcela závislými klienty v domovech pro seniory. Specificky jaká dilemata identifikují a jakými způsoby je následně řeší.

Abstract:

This beachelor thesis focuses on the dilemmas of workers in social services when working with completely dependent clients in homes for elderly. The thesis is traditionally divided into theoretical and empirical parts. The theoretical section contains the characteristics of basic concepts such as home for elderly, the profession of a social services worker, its hardships or the specifics of elderly care. Furthermore, it presents possible dilemmas that may arise in the exercise of this profession. The empirical section describes the methodology of the research and then its results. The aim of the work is to find out how workers in social services view possible dilemmas when working with completely dependent clients in the retirement homes. Specifically, how they identify dilemmas and the ways in which they subsequently resolve them.
