Alternate care from the perspective of the professional public

Abstract:

Má diplomová práce je zaměřena na institut střídavé péče o dítě z pohledu odborné veřejnosti. Tato odborná veřejnost je v mé práci reprezentována sociálními pracovníky sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, kteří v praxi řeší problematiku střídavé péče. V teoretické části práce se věnuji rodině a rodičovství, rozvodu ve vztahu k dítěti, popisuji institut střídavé péče o dítě a úlohu sociálních pracovníků sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Ve výzkumné části se snažím pomocí kvalitativní strategie popsat, jaký je postoj sociálních pracovníků sociálně-právní ochrany dětí ke střídavé péči.

Abstract:

My thesis is aimed at alternate care of a child from the perspective of professional public. This professional public in my work, is represented by social workers of social and legal protection of children, who address the issues of alternate care in practice. In theoretical part I devote to a family and parenthood, divorce in relation to the child, I describe the institute of alternate child care and the role of social workers social and legal protection of children. In the analytic part I try to describe the attitude of social workers of social and legal protection of children to alternate care, by using qualitative strategies.
