Logistics During Long-Term Intervention of the Components of the Integrated Rescue System

Abstract:

Práce řeší problematiku logistického zabezpečení složek integrovaného záchranného systému při zajištění vnitřní bezpečnosti hranic, spojené s výstavbou registračního místa k možnému záchytu většího počtu přicházejících migrantů ke státním hranicím za účelem pobytu na území České republiky nebo jen přechodu přes území České republiky. V práci byly použity metody analýzy, syntézy, dedukce a indukce, proveden rozhovor, a byla vypracována analýza možných rizik. Výsledkem práce je shrnutí dosavadních výsledků a vypracování návrhu možných změn a opatření ke zlepšení současného stavu logistiky zúčastněných složek Integrovaného záchranného systému. Návrhy a doporučení jsou použitelné při dalších akcích složek Integrovaného záchranného systému při nasazení na území České republiky, případně vysílání jednotlivých složek do zahraničí, např. k ochraně hranic Schengenského prostoru nebo humanitární pomoci.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the issue of logistical security of the integrated rescue system in ensuring internal border security, associated with the construction of a registration point for the possible interception of a larger number of migrants arriving at the state border for the purpose of staying in the Czech Republic or just crossing the Czech Republic. In the thesis, the methods of analysis, synthesis of deduction and induction were used, an interview was conducted, and an analysis of possible risks was developed. The result of the work is a summary of the existing results and a proposal for possible changes and measures to improve the current state of logistics of the participating Integrated Rescue System. The proposals and recommendations are applicable to further actions of the Integrated Rescue System components when deployed on the territory of the Czech Republic or when sending individual components abroad, e.g. to protect the borders of the Schengen area or humanitarian aid.
