Bakalářká práce se zabývá analýzou motivace osobních asistentů pro práci s jedinci s poruchami autistického spektra. The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of motivation of personal assistants to work with individuals with autism spectrum disorders. The theoretical part describes the general terms of this topic, such as the definition of autism spectrum disorders, symptomatic dyad, social services and above all personal assistance.
