Práce je zaměřena na základní právní úpravu zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením, především na zhodnocení praktické možnosti jejich uplatnění na pracovním trhu. The thesis is focused on the legal context of employing disabled people, primarily on their potential employment in the labour market. The first part of thesis will inform a reader about basic terms and principles of working labour law.
