An Analysis of Social and Legal Protection of Children

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou sociálně právní ochrany dětí. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat sociálně právní ochranu dětí v České republice. Bakalářskou práci tvoří dvě stěžejní části. Jedná se o část teoretickou, která s využitím odborného textu popisuje problematiku sociálně právní ochrany dětí a to v oblastech legislativního zakotvení, základních ustanovení sociálně právní ochrany dětí, orgánů sociálně právní ochrany, preventivní činnosti a poradenské činnosti. Dále je popsána problematika týraného, zneužívaného a zanedbávaného dítěte. Empirická část předkládá analýzu sociálně právní ochrany dětí v České republice za roky 2005-2012, která byla zpracována na základě ročních výkazů o výkonu sociálně právní ochrany dětí. S použitím techniky nestandardizovaného dotazníku bylo provedeno průzkumné šetření, jenž zjišťovalo názor učitelů, speciálních pedagogů, psychologů a sociálních pracovníků na problematiku sociálně právní ochrany dětí. Dále byly v empirické části zpracovány výsledky průzkumného šetření a jejich interpretace, vyhodnoceny platnosti předpokladů a navržena opatření.

Abstract:

The aim of bachelor thesis is to analyze social and legal protection of children in the Czech Republic. This bachelor thesis consists of two crucial parts. First teoretical part using of expert text describes the problematics of social and law protection of children namely in areas of legislative basis, essential provisions, the authorities of social and law protection of children, preventive activity and consultancy of social and legal protection of children. Moreover, the problem of hagridden, abused and neglected child is described. The empirical section presents an analysis of social and legal protection of children in the Czech Republic for the years 2005-2012 that was prepared on the basis of annual reports on the performance of social and legal protection of children. Furthermore exploratory investigation was conducted using special questionnaire which gathered the opinions of teachers, special educators, psychologists and social workers of the issue of social and legal protection of children. Additionally, in empirical part, the results of mentioned exploratory investigation and their interpretation were processed, the validities of assumptions were evaluated and as a result the measures were proposed.
