Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce „Návrh strategie vybraného podniku“ je nalezení strategie, díky které podnik ustálí nebo posílí svou pozici na trhu. Pro nalezení vhodné strategie existuje několik metod a analýz, které budou popsány v teoretické části pomocí odborné literatury. V praktické části budou metody použity ve vybraném podniku a pomocí jejich výsledků bude navrhnuta strategie.

The subject of the bachelor thesis „Strategy proposal of the selected company“ is to find a strategy, which will stabilize or strengthen its market position.
