Abstract:

Cílem práce je zdokumentovat proces učení se a získávání nových znalostí zaměstnanců vybraného oddělení. Poté na základě informací získaných od respondentů identifikovat faktory, které mají na tento proces největší vliv. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část práce se zabývá procesem učení se v kontextu celoživotního učení, který byl doplněn o dimenzi učení všeživotního. Dále je popsáno učení dospělých, které postupně přechází v další vzdělávání, profesní vzdělávání a učení se pracoviště organizace. Kapitola učení na pracovišti obsahuje teoretické vymezení tohoto pojmu a následně jsou představeny tři kategorie učení na pracovišti, které spadající do kategorií formálního, neformálního a informálního učení. Empirická část práce popisuje záměr realizovaného výzkumného šetření a jsou zde rozebrány použité výzkumné metody.

Abstract:

The aim of this dissertation is to document the process of learning and acquiring new knowledge of employees of selected departments. Then, on the basis of information obtained from respondents to identify factors that have the greatest influence to learning proces. The dissertation is divided into part theoretical and part practical. The theoretical part examines the process of learning in the context of lifelong learning, which was expanded by a dimension of life-wide learning. Hereinafter is discussed adult learning, which gradually passes into further education, vocational education and workplace learning organization. Chapter workplace learning includes theoretical definition of this term and subsequently are introduced three categories of workplace learning, which fall into the categories of formal and informal learning. The practical section of thesis describes the plan of realized research then are discussed used research methods.
