Bakalářská práce je zpracována na téma „Hospodaření s nemovitým majetkem obce.“ Daná problematika je řešena z praktického hlediska, to znamená, že při jejím zpracování byly nejvíce využity zkušenosti z praxe autora této bakalářské práce.
