Strategic Analysis of a Business Organization, Pivovary Staropramen s.r.o.

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování strategické analýzy společnosti Pivovary Staropramen s.r.o. a na tomto základě navržení strategických doporučení pro management společnosti. Strategická analýza se zabývá analýzou mikrookolí a makrookolí společnosti a analýzou vnitřních zdrojů společnosti. Práce je standardně rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány postupy a metody, které jsou následně uplatněny v praktické části práce na vybranou společnost. Konkrétně mezi tyto metody patří PESTEL analýza, Porterův model pěti sil, VRIO analýza, portfolio analýza a finanční analýza. Následně jsou příležitosti, hrozby, silné a slabé stránky společnosti shrnuty v syntéze. Výsledky dílčích analýz jsou sepsány v závěru práce. Nakonec jsou uvedena strategická doporučení.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to conduct a strategic analysis of the company Pivovary Staropramen s.r.o. and propose strategic recommendations for the management of the company. The strategic analysis deals with the analysis of the company's micro-environment and macro-environment and internal analysis. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The procedures and methods are described in the theoretical part, which are then applied in the practical part of the thesis to the selected company. Specifically, these methods include PESTEL analysis, Porter's five forces model, VRIO analysis, portfolio analysis, and financial analysis. Subsequently, the opportunities, threats, strengths, and weaknesses of the company are summarised in a synthesis. The results of the sub-analyses are written in the conclusion of the thesis. Finally, strategic recommendations are presented.
