Diplomová práce se zabývá tvorbou vnitropodnikových účetních směrnic ve společnosti XY, s.r.o. Teoretická část popisuje význam a účel směrnic, legislativu, která upravuje tvorbu směrnic. Účetní směrnice se rozdělují na povinné a ostatní účetní směrnice. V praktické části je představena společnost XY s.r.o. a její ekonomická stránka. The thesis is focused on creating the internal accounting regulations in corporation XY Ltd. Theoretical part describes sense and purpose of the regulations, legislation which adjusts creating the regulations. The accounting regulations are divided into the obligatory and the other accounting regulations. In the practical part there is presented the corporation XY Ltd. and it´s economical part.
