Strategic analysis of Czech Airlines Technics, a.s.

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je identifikovat za pomoci nástrojů strategické analýzy možné vlivy, které ovlivňují fungování podniku, a na jejich základě navrhnout strategická doporučení pro management a vlastníky společnosti Czech Airlines Technics a.s. Společnost nabízí služby v oblasti letectví a zaměřuje se na opravy a údržby letecké techniky. V současné době dochází k nátlaku ze strany konkurentů a strategická analýza je významným krokem pro odhalení problémů a vyhodnocení postavení společnosti na trhu. Práce je rozdělena na 2 části – teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je věnována metodologii a přiblížení samotné strategické analýzy, ale také jednotlivým nástrojům, které budou v rámci strategické analýzy využity. V praktické části jsou jednotlivé nástroje konkrétně aplikovány a na základě jejich výsledků je navržena vhodná strategie pro budoucí úspěšné směřování společnosti.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to identify possible influences that affect the operation of the company with the help of strategic analysis tools and to propose strategic recommendations for the management and owners of Czech Airlines Technics a.s. The company offers services in the field of aviation and focuses on repairs and maintenance of aircraft. Currently, there is pressure from competitors and strategic analysis is an important step in identifying problems and evaluating the company's position in the market. The bachelor thesis is divided into 2 parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is devoted to the methodology and approach to the strategic analysis itself, but also to the individual tools that will be used in the strategic analysis. In the practical part, the individual tools are specifically applied and based on their results, a suitable strategy for the future successful direction of the company is proposed.
