Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvoření pilotního metodického postupu se zaměřením na komunikaci s klientem se sluchovým postižením při poskytování sociálních služeb. Práce je rozdělená na část teoretickou a aplikační. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis jednotlivých pojmů vážících se k sluchové problematice. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a pilot methodological procedure focused on communication with a hearing impairment client when providing social services. The thesis is divided into theoretical and application parts. The theoretical part is focused on the description of individual concepts related to hearing problems.
