Organized securities markets in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapovat a vyhodnotit vývoj organizovaných trhů cenných papírů v České Republice. Zaměřit se na specifika tohoto vývoje. Teoretická část této bakalářské práce bude podkladem pro analytickou část. Budou se zde definovat různé druhy kapitálových trhů a jejich význam. Neopomene se problém vývoje a budoucích trendů finančního trhu. Analytická část se bude věnovat zejména porovnání Burzy cenných papírů Praha, a.s. s RM-systemem. Jednak objemem obchodů, vývojem jejich kurzů, vývojem akcií i dluhopisů a na burze cenných papírů Praha teké vývojem derivátům. Tyto instrumenty burzy se budou analyzovat.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to monitor and evaluate the development of organized securities market in the Czech Republic and also to focus on the specifics of this development. The theoretical part of this thesis will be the basis for the analytical part. Different kinds of capital markets and their importance will be defined here. Problems of development and future trends in the financial market will not be overlooked. The analytical part will compare the Prague Stock Exchange, Inc. with RM-system and it will also focus on the trading volume, the development of their rates, the development of stocks and bonds, and on PSE the development of derivates as well. These instruments of Exchange will be analyzed.
