A objective comparison of postural stability in minimaly invasive and standard total hip replacement surgey

Abstract:

U skupiny pacientů z Městské nemocnice Ostrava, mezi nimiž byli muži i ženy, jsme opakovaně měřili stabilitu klidového vzpřímeného stoje před a po operaci kyčelního kloubu. Cílem studie bylo zhodnocení vybraných biomechanických parametrů stability stoje. Soubor tvořilo 12 pacientů ve věkovém průměru 60?5,9 let s jednostrannou totální endoprotézou kyčelního kloubu. K objektivizaci posturální stability bylo použito dynamometrické plošiny Kistler. Stabilita byla testována po dobu 20 sekund opakovaným měřením. Výsledky ukazují, že dochází k postupnému vylepšení vybraných parametrů stability, ale nebyla potvrzená statistická významnost. Práce však nepodává důkaz o tom, že by jedna z operačních metod (klasická a mini-invazivní) byla vhodnější vzhledem k posturální stabilitě.

Abstract:

In the group of men's and woman's patients from the City hospital Ostrava, we were repeatedly measuring the stability of still erect posture before and after hip replacement operation. The objective of study was evaluation of chosen biochemical markers stability of standing. The file was made of 12 patients in the age approximetly 60?9,5 years with one sided total endoprosthesis hip joint. For exteriorization was used dynamometrical plate Kistler. The stability was tested for period of 20 seconds by repeated measuring. The results shows, that it is progressive impovement of chosen parameters stability. But the work isn't showing the proof that one of the operation (classilcal or miniinvaziv) would be properer in the case of postural stability.
