Práce se zabývá tématem společenské odpovědnosti firmy REHAU a její komunikací k zaměstnancům. Výzkumnou metodou individuálních, polostrukturovaných rozhovorů zkoumá, nakolik jsou zaměstnanci REHAU seznámeni s CSR aktivitami svého zaměstnavatele, jakými komunikačními kanály se zaměstnanci o těchto aktivitách dozvídají a zda oblast společenské odpovědnosti považují za významnou. The thesis deals with the topic of social responsibility of REHAU and its communication to employees.
