Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá technikou Array tomography. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé kroky této techniky od přípravy a krájení vzorku po snímání elektronovým mikroskopem. Dále práce řeší dvě praktické úlohy. V první úloze jsou detekovány hranice jednotlivých řezů a vypočteny souřadnice oblastí zájmu. The diploma thesis deals with the technique of Array tomography. There are described the individual steps of this technique from sample preparation and cutting to scanning with an electron microscope. Furthermore, the work solves two practical tasks.
