Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Cílem bakalářské práce a výzkumného projektu je identifikace překážek na straně zaměstnavatelů omezujících zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of employment of people with disabilities. The aim of a thesis and research project is to identify the obstacles limiting the employment of people with disabilities from the point of view of employers.
