Health and social worker as part of a multidisciplinary team in a selected organization

Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce řeší téma role zdravotně-sociálního pracovníka v multidisciplinárním týmu. Je zpracována formou teoreticko-aplikační práce. Hlavním cílem celé bakalářské práce je zjistit, jaké je postavení zdravotně-sociálního pracovníka v multidisciplinárním týmu zdravotnické organizace. Dílčím cílem je analyzovat a představit jaké jsou kompetence a náplň práce zdravotně-sociálního pracovníka ve zdravotnické organizaci. Dílčí cíl je stanoven pro celou bakalářskou práci, tedy jak pro teoretickou, tak i aplikační část. Výzkumný cíl aplikační části práce je zjistit, jak chápou význam působení zdravotně-sociálního pracovníka ostatní členové týmu Dětského centra Domeček. Druhá výzkumná otázka aplikační části práce mapuje způsoby dokumentování průběhu spolupráce v týmu. Bakalářskou prací o tomto zařízení chci ukázat, že se pracuje týmově, že multidisciplinární spolupráce je důležitá a že do pracovního týmu patří také zdravotně-sociální pracovník.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the role of health and social worker in a multidisciplinary team. It is processed in the form of theoretical - application work. The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out what is the position of a health and social worker in a multidisciplinary team of a health organization. A partial goal is to analyze and present what are the competencies and job description of a health and social worker in a health organization. The partial goal is set for the whole bachelor thesis, for both parts, theoretical and application. The research goal of the application part of the thesis is to find out how other members of the team from Dětské centrum Domeček understand the importance of the health and social worker's work. The second research question of the application part of the work maps ways of documenting the course of cooperation in a team. I want to show by this bachelor thesis about this facility, that they work in a team and that multidisciplinary cooperation is important and the health and social worker is also includes into the work team.
