Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je transformace účetní závěrku společnosti ABC, a.s. za rok 2007 sestavené podle českých účetních předpisů na účetní závěrku upravenou v souladu s mezinárodními účetními standardy IAS/IFRS. Práce obsahuje dvě části {--} teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje problematiku Mezinárodních účetních standardů, úpravu v rámci Evropské unie a pojednává o Amerických všeobecně uznávaných standardech. Detailněji jsou v práci popsány vybrané standardy. V praktické části je obsažena transformace účetní závěrky společnosti podle Mezinárodních účetních standardů. Jednotlivé kroky jsou popsány a zdůvodněny.

Abstract:

The subject of my master thesis is a transformation of financial statement ABC, jsc. for year 2007 compiled according to Czech accounting legislation into financial statement mo-difie by in accordance with International accounting standards IAS/IFRS. The master thesis consist of two parts {--} theoretical and practical. The theoretical part desribes Internation accounting standards, format in European Union a describes American generally accepted standards. Some of the standards are descibed in detail. In the practical part is included a transformation of the financial statement of the company according to International accounting standards. Particulac steps are described and reaso-nable explained.
