V této diplomové práci se zabývám ošetřením rizik v organizaci veřejné správy v krizové situaci. Cílem bylo zhodnotit reálný případ a následně navrhnout jeho řešení. K tomu jsem vybrala organizaci Městského úřadu Teplá. Nejprve bylo nutné vybranými metodami analýzy zjistit rizika. Zvolila jsem SWOT analýzu a What-If analýzu. In the thesis I deal with the Risk Management in the Organization of Public Administration in real crisis situation. The aim was to evaluate a real case and then propose a solution.
