Tématem bakalářské práce Kapitálový trh v ČR je Burza cenných papírů Praha. V první části práce je nastíněm vývoj burz ve světě i u nás a jsou zde uvedena teoretická východiska. Další části práce se zabývají deskripcí a analýzou právní úpravy, systému obchodování a indexů. Následně je realizována komparace s New York Stock Exchange. The subject of thesis “Prague Stock Exchange“ is analysis and comparison of Prague Stock Exchange and New York Stock Exchange. This issue covers a wide scope of matters, therefore this thesis is aimed at description, analysis and comparison of legal aspects of regulation and surveillance, trading volumes and stock-market indexes of both stock exchanges.
