Tato písemná práce podává ucelený výklad o postavení státního zástupce v trestním řízení a činnostech, jenž logicky vyplývají z jeho postavení. This written thesis gives a comprehensive interpretation of the position of public prosecutor in criminal proceedings and activities, which logically follow from his position.
