Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření nového podnikatelského záměru na otevření nové provozovny Burger King na Letišti Václava Havla Praha. Tuto bakalářskou práce jsem rozdělil do dvou kapitol. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis a teorii podnikatelského záměru (plánu). Detailněji jsem popsal malý a střední podnik, podnikatelský plán a franchising. Praktická část pojednává o samostatném zpracování podnikatelského záměru. V této části jsem použil Porterův model 5 sil,analýzu vnitřního prostředí a také stěžejní finanční analýzy, které jsou nezbytné k vypracování podnikatelského záměru. Hlavním cílem této práce jsou důkladně připravené tři varianty finančního plánu, které investorovi pomohou v rozhodování, zda investovat do nové provozovny na letišti v Praze či nikoliv. Hlavní cíl jsem podpořil dvěma dílčími cíli. Prvním dílčím cílem je analýza vnitřního prostředí podniku. Druhým dílčím cílem je na základě získaných teoretických poznatků a analýzy podnikatelského prostředí společnosti Burger King, sestavená SWOT analýza, která nám poslouží k efektivnějšímu zhodnocení prostředí podniku Burger King na pražském letišti. Provedenými analýzami jsem dospěl k závěru, že investovat do nové provozovny na pražském letišti se investorovi vyplatí, jelikož ve všech třech variantách se vynaložené finanční prostředky vrátí, a to nejpozději v druhém roce trvání provozu. Poté již je vykazován jen čistý zisk.

Abstract:

The target of my bachelor´s dissertation is to create a new business plan to open a new Burger King restaurant at Vaclav Havel Airport in Prague. This bachelor´s dissertation has been divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on the description and theory of the business plan. I describe in detail small and medium enterprises, business planning and franchising. The practical part describes separate processing of the business plan. In this part, I used Porter‘s five forces analysis, internal environment analysis and the most important financial analyses, that are necessary to develop a business plan. I include a proposal of the plan in the conclusion, where I briefly present my proposal to the investor. The main purpose of this dissertation is to outline proper preparation of three variants of a financial plan that will help the investor to assess potential investment in a new restaurant at the airport in Prague. I also have two sub-goals: the first sub-goal is to critically evaluate the internal environment analysis of the enterprise, and the second sub-goal is to examine theoretical knowledge and analysis of the business environment of Burger King in a SWOT analysis. After my analyzes, I have concluded that investing in a new restaurant at Prague airport would be profitable because all three variants are expended money returns, in the second year of the operation at latest. Afterwards only net profit is reported.
