Abstract:

Absolventská práce se zabývá tématem zaměstnávání lidí s mentálním postižením z pohledu potencionálních zaměstnanců. Práce poskytuje teoretický rámec vymezení cílové skupiny, propojuje téma s legislativou, zaměstnaností a metodami sociální a humanitární práce. Dále jsou zde zmíněny druhy podpor pro zaměstnávání těchto jedinců, jak z pohledu zaměstnanců, tak zaměstnavatelů a nástroje politiky zaměstnanosti. Práce je zakončena pohledem na cílovou skupinu z hlediska humanitární práce. Tato práce je první částí a teoretickou základnou pro navazující projekt.

Abstract:

The graduation thesis deals with the topic of employment of people with intellectual disability from the perspective of potential employees. The thesis provides a theoretical framework for defining the target group, links the topic with legislation, employment and methods of social and humanitarian work. It also discusses the types of support for the employment of these individuals, both from the perspective of employees and employers, and employment policy instruments. The paper concludes with a look at the target group from a humanitarian work perspective. This thesis is the first part and the theoretical basis for the follow-up project.
