Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám systémem odměňování pracovníků. Poznatky a zkušenosti jsem získal v dopravní firmě TQM - holding s.r.o. Práci jsem rozdělil do tří větších částí. Nejprve v teoretické části charakterizuji odměňování a s ním související pojmy. In my dissertation, I am dealing with the system of employees' remuneration. I have get the knowledge and experience in the transport company TQM - holding s.r.o.I have divided the dissertation into three major parts.
