Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma vzdělávání a rozvoj zaměstnanců ve vybrané finanční instituci, konkrétně ve společnosti Kooperativa - Agentura severní Čechy. Teoretická část práce se zabývá pojmy souvisejícími s personalistikou, vzděláváním a rozvojem zaměstnanců. Praktická část je zaměřena na konkrétní finanční instituci.
