Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce se zabývá tématem podpory rodin v náhradní rodinné péči prostřednictvím peer konzultantů. Cílem práce je konceptualizace tématu podpory rodin v náhradní rodinné péči prostřednictvím peer konzultanta a vypracování analýzy potřebnosti metodického dokumentu pro takovou službu v rámci vybrané organizace, kterou je Dobrá rodina, o.p.s., poskytující doprovázení a podporu náhradních rodičů a žadatelů v náhradní rodinné péči.Úvodní část práce pojednává o náhradní rodinné péči, potřebách náhradních rodičů, doprovázející organizaci a jejich službách pro náhradní rodiče. Další kapitoly představují myšlenku peer konzultanství z hlediska kompetencí a rolí, potřeb, náplně práce peer konzultanta jako součástí týmu. Následuje prezentace konkrétního působení peer konzultanta v náhradní rodinné péči ve vybraných zemích a v České republice. Poslední část práce se zabývá analýzou potřebnosti peer konzultanta v náhradní rodinné péči a analýzou potřebnosti metodického dokumentu pro tuto pozici v oblasti náhradní rodinné péče.

Abstract:

This graduate thesis deals with the topic of supporting families in foster care through a peer consultant. The aim of this thesis is to conceptualize the topic of support for families in foster care through a peer consultant and to develop an analysis of the need for a methodological document for such a service within the selected organization Dobrá rodina, o.p.s., providing accompaniment and support for foster parents and applicants in foster care. The introductory part of the paper discusses foster family care, the needs of foster parents, the accompanying organisation and their services for foster parents. The following chapters introduce the idea of peer consultation in general terms in terms of competencies and roles, needs, and the job description of the peer consultant as part of the team. This is followed by a presentation of the specific work of peer consultants in foster care in selected countries and in the Czech Republic.The last part of the thesis deals with the analysis of the need for a peer consultant in foster family care and the analysis of the need for a methodological document for this position in the field of foster family care.
