Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na analýzu konkurence podniku Zapa beton, a.s., Lom Votice. Cílem je identifikovat významné konkurenty. Zanalyzovat všechny vybrané konkurenty, porovnat jejich ceny, služby a vybrané faktory. Práce je rozdělena na část teoreticko-metodologickou a část aplikační. V teoreticko-metodologické části jsou popsány jednotlivé definice týkající se konkurence a stanovená metodika zpracování praktické části. Definice jsou dále použity v aplikační části, kde došlo k jednotlivým analýzám a k popsání konkurenčních firem. Byly využity metody pozorování, metody komparace a řízené rozhovory. V závěru práce byly vyhodnoceny jednotlivé analýzy a na základě zjištěných výsledků doporučeny návrhy opatření ke zlepšení postavení firmy na trhu.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the analysis of Zapa Concrete, Inc., Lom Votice company´s competition. The goal of the thesis is to identify important competitors. To analyze all selected competitors, compare their rates, services and selected factors. The thesis is divided into a theoretical-methodological and an application part. The theoretical part describes the various definitions relating to competition and selected methods of processing of the practical part. Definitions are also used in the application part, where the individual analyzes were processed, and where the competing companies were described. Methods of observation, methods of comparison and structured interviews were used in this part. The individual analysis were evaluated, and on the strength of discovered results, the proposals of company´s market position improving arrangements were recommended in conclusion of the thesis.
